Armed Robbery at San Antonio Credit Union Leaves Customers Stripped of Belongings
Two masked suspects armed with weapons robbed a Security Service Federal Credit Union on the Northeast Side of San Antonio on Saturday morning, taking a significant amount of cash and personal belongings from customers. The incident occurred around 10:40 a.m. in the 6900 block of North Loop 1604 East, near Rolling Oaks Mall, according to San Antonio police.
The suspects demanded money from a bank teller and stole wallets and purses from several customers before fleeing the scene in a silver SUV. Police have not disclosed the type of weapons used or the exact amount of cash taken. No injuries were reported, and the investigation is ongoing. Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact the San Antonio Police Department.
