Tyler Ramage (18): Charged with two counts of fire-raising. He made no plea and was released on bail.

Robert Thomson (18): Charged with three fire-raising offenses and one firearms-related charge, involving alleged possession of a weapon capable of discharging harmful substances. He was also granted bail.

All four individuals will return to court following further examination of their cases.
