19-Year-Old Identified as Victim in Fatal San Antonio Crash
Authorities have identified 19-year-old Noah Alec Fisher as one of the drivers killed in a three-vehicle crash that occurred early Sunday morning in San Antonio. The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed his identity on Monday.
The crash took place around 3:20 a.m. along Southwest Loop 410, near Medina Base Road. Police responded to reports of a wrong-way driver traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of the highway. Upon arrival, officers discovered a three-vehicle collision.
Two of the three drivers involved were pronounced dead at the scene, while the third driver was assessed and cleared by emergency medical services. The investigation into the incident is ongoing, with police continuing to gather details about the circumstances surrounding the crash.
