10-Year-Old Charged with Murder in Shooting Death of 7-Month-Old Girl in St. Louis
A 10-year-old boy has been charged with first-degree murder following the shooting death of a 7-month-old girl in St. Louis. The incident occurred on Friday around 4 p.m. in the 8400 block of N. Broadway in North City, where police responded to reports of a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers found Kiyomi Parker suffering from a gunshot wound. She was transported to a hospital but later died from her injuries. The boy was taken into custody on the same day as the shooting.
Additionally, a 19-year-old man has been arrested and is expected to face gun charges related to the incident. The investigation is ongoing as authorities work to gather more details.
