Chicago Police Seek Suspect in Fatal South Chicago Hit-and-Run

Chicago police have released a photo and license plate number for a vehicle believed to be involved in a deadly hit-and-run that occurred in South Chicago on March 10.

Authorities say a red 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander with Illinois plates FE97346 struck 32-year-old Raven Myers in the 2100 block of East 83rd Street. The driver fled the scene after the collision, according to police statements.

Myers was transported to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where she later died from her injuries. The Cook County medical examiner’s office determined she died of multiple blunt force injuries, ruling the death an accident following an autopsy conducted on March 11.
