A 25-year-old woman was hospitalized after being struck by a stray bullet during a shooting incident on Chicago's Near North Side late Monday night, authorities confirmed.
The incident occurred at approximately 9:30 p.m. in the first block of East Chicago Avenue. According to police, the driver of a white vehicle opened fire on a red car that was turning north onto Rush Street.
