Three Men Arrested in Connection With Fatal Armed Robbery in Baltimore

Arrests Made Following Deadly Armed Robbery

Three men were arrested in connection with a murder that occurred during an armed robbery at a home in Baltimore, according to police statements issued on Monday.

Police reported that 36-year-old Davon Johnson was killed during the armed robbery at a residence in the 1700 block of East 25th Street. The incident took place on January 14. Authorities later announced the arrests of three suspects identified as 19-year-old Derrick Williams, 18-year-old Dasean Williams, and 28-year-old Keishonne Moore.

Suspects Charged and Held Without Bail

Officials stated that each of the three men has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the killing of Davon Johnson. They are being held without bail at the Central Booking Intake Facility. Police did not provide additional details in the announcement beyond the charges and current custody status of the suspects.

The arrests follow the investigation into the January 14 armed robbery at the East 25th Street home, where officers found Johnson fatally wounded. The police statement on Monday formally connected the three arrested individuals to the homicide that occurred during that robbery.

Homicide and Shooting Statistics in Baltimore

According to data reported by Baltimore police, the city has recorded 10 homicides in 2026 as of February 2. During the same point in 2025, Baltimore had recorded 11 homicides. Police data also show 26 nonfatal shootings so far in 2026, compared with 24 nonfatal shootings by this time in 2025.

Police statistics further indicate that Baltimore recorded 133 homicides in 2025, compared with 194 in 2024. This represents a 31% decline in homicide cases between 2024 and 2025. Nonfatal shootings also decreased during that period, with 311 cases reported in 2025 and 412 in 2024, a drop of nearly 24%.

Authorities have not released additional information about the circumstances of the January 14 armed robbery beyond the identification of the victim, the location of the incident, and the charges now filed against the three suspects.
