Details of the Crash

According to the California Highway Patrol, the woman was driving a Honda Civic north on Walnut Avenue when she failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection with Jefferson Avenue. The Honda Civic then collided with a Chevy Tahoe that was traveling east on Jefferson.

Occupants of the Chevy Tahoe

Ongoing Investigation

The California Highway Patrol is continuing to investigate the circumstances of the collision at Jefferson and Walnut avenues. Officials state that it is currently unclear whether alcohol or drugs played any role in the crash.
