Delaware Spa Owner Arrested in Human Trafficking Investigation

Meilan Quan, 54, the owner of Crystal Space spa located on the 1700 block of Foulk Road in North Wilmington, Delaware, has surrendered to police as part of an ongoing investigation into suspected human trafficking. Police confirmed that Quan is facing multiple felony charges related to the case.

The investigation led to the arrest of the spa's operator, 71-year-old Nan Son Yim, following a search warrant executed at the business last week. During this operation, detectives identified three women as victims of human trafficking.
