50-Year-Old Man Hospitalized After Shooting in Austin
A 50-year-old man was hospitalized following a shooting incident in Austin on Saturday afternoon. The shooting occurred around 3:25 p.m. in an alley located in the 700 block of North Menard Avenue, according to police.
An unknown assailant fired a shot from a black SUV, striking the man in the left thigh. The vehicle fled the scene, and the victim was transported to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he is reported to be in fair condition. Area Four Detectives are currently investigating the incident.
