Construction Begins on $150 Million South Bank Residences in Jacksonville

Construction has officially begun on the South Bank Residences, a luxury high-rise project at 835 Museum Circle in Jacksonville, Florida. Developed by Miami-based Related Group, the project has been in planning for nearly six years and is estimated to cost over $150 million.

The development will feature two 25-story towers connected by an eight-story parking garage, with a total of 394 to 396 residential units, as the city reports differing counts. The residences will include studio to three-bedroom apartments, equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies.

A range of amenities will be available to future residents, including a fitness center, spa, rooftop sundeck with a sky bar, a movie theater, and dining spaces. GAI Consultants is serving as the civil engineer, while MSA Architects Inc. designed the project.

Without anticipated delays, the South Bank Residences are scheduled to open in late 2028.
