Pepper Spray Incident at South Shore High School Sends Eight Students to Hospital

Eight students from South Shore International College Prep High School in Chicago, Illinois were transported to the hospital on Tuesday after a student deployed pepper spray during an altercation, according to information released by the Chicago Police Department.
