Man and Woman Found Shot Dead in Kensington Home; Investigation Underway

A man and a woman were found shot to death inside a home on the 3400 block of Hartville Street in Philadelphia's Kensington neighborhood at 1:17 p.m. Medics pronounced both victims dead at 2:02 p.m. An investigation is underway. The incident occurred on a Wednesday afternoon.
